Returns
Our customers' satisfaction is of the utmost concern to us. We are happy to accept any returned garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. All items must be returned within 14 days from your receipt of the item. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may only be returned for a store credit.
Shipping Your Returned Item(s):
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shanti's Closet is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your exchange request has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your exchange and ship your new item within 5 business days. (Note: Processing and shipping times may take slightly longer during busy periods.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours and funds will be automatically applied to your PayPal or original method of payment. (Note: It could take up to 10 business days for your bank to process and apply funds back into your account.)
